Welcome! My clients describe me as relatable, calming, attentive and compassionate. My Approach: I use proven approach (CBT) to change the thinking patterns and behaviors. My approach utilizes a combinations of interventions, however, beyond that I listen to understand and help to change the areas my clients are wanting to improve. Together we will: We will understand you, your relationship goals, and how you can improve the relationships most important to you. We will explore your feelings of anxiousness that are present in your body. We will work together to develop healthy coping strategies. Specialize in working with: Clients that are struggling with their relationships and stress of life . I help clients identify what the issues are in the relationships, develop healthy boundaries, healthy communication, identify their needs, and learn new coping skills. I became a therapist because: It was my decision to become a therapist when I was working with children in a residential facility. I saw the need and I wanted to be able to help. Where I offer therapy: I offer Telehealth (video sessions), which provides you the safety of being in your own home or a place of your choosing. I am grateful to be in this profession and would enjoy the opportunity to work with you.
