Introduction

Welcome! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have been in the mental health field for over 14 years. My approach is collaborative, and solution-oriented. I have worked in the specialty areas of depression, Stress/Anxiety, Trauma, Grief and loss, Self-esteem, Relationships, Pre-marital/ marital, Couples, Families/Co-Parenting, Anger management, and life skills coaching. My job is to help create a nonjudgmental and comforting relationship where we can begin to understand you and the challenges you face together. I want to make sure you have time and space to talk about what is most pressing in your life, and also leave with something valuable. Whether you are seeking to heal from your past, cope with your present, or plan for your future, allow me to help you on your path to becoming the person that makes you smile, and feel good! I am here to support you as you do the work to meet your mental health needs. My goal is and will always be to assist individuals and families to recognize and reach their full potential. If you are ready to work towards your journey of growth and healing, I am here to help!
