Introduction

"I learned long ago that in order to heal my wounds I must have the courage to face them”–Paulo Coelho. I specialize in working with individuals and groups who are struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, academic and career obstacles, relationship issues, identity exploration, and life transitions. I also have significant experience helping clients with racial identity development and heal from oppression related trauma. I use collaborative approach to highlight each client’s innate strengths and abilities utilizing a strengths-based, client-centered perspective to meet you where you are, and partner with you to achieve your therapeutic goals. I offer a holistic approach Integrating mindfulness-based meditation and art therapy into our work. The process of learning ourselves and diving into the depth of our pain is not a path that we must take alone. It is my privilege as a clinician to travel alongside to support your growth, understanding, and acceptance during this part of your journey.
