Hi, I'm Shanti! I am a dual board-certified Family and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (FNP/PMHNP) specializing in psychiatric medication management for adults in Washington State. Prioritizing a genuine, trusting relationship and individualized care, my goal is to provide options and education for my patients considering the whole person in the context of their life. We are complex beings influenced by biology, environment, relationships, history, culture, inputs, outputs and beyond. Our mental health can be swayed by all of this and is on a continuum that varies from person to person and for individuals over time. Together, we can work to identify goals around mental health, wellness, daily functionality, and more, and find ways to reach and maintain these goals. I work with patients experiencing issues with depression, anxiety, sleep, bipolar disorders, post-traumatic stress, schizophrenia, obsessive compulsive disorders, attention/hyperactivity disorders, and more. I currently serve patients age 18 and up.
