I take pride in providing a safe and comforting space for clients to let go of any self-doubt that may be hindering you from reaching your next goal. My approach entails modalities of client-centered, strengths-based, empowering, and solution-focused; all of which allows me to meet clients where they are. I have supported clients ages 5 and up who experience trauma, depression, ADHD, anxiety, low self-esteem and emotional difficulties. I want to help you help yourself!
