Introduction

Do you feel lost on your journey? I guide professionals struggling with perfectionism and anxiety. And other healthcare workers or people experiencing COVID19 stress or relationship struggles. I guide people on epic life changing voyages through anxiety, depression, grief, terminal illness, trauma and violence. Expeditions through identity exploration, alternative relationships, major life changes, immigration and addiction. I share navigation skills in helping prevent some of the above. In over twelve years, I have guided hundreds of people along their journey in Spanish or English. I offer working with other professionals also assisting you on your journey to see you through to wellness and to your best self. I have worked in integrated family medicine, outpatient and inpatient settings, work with addictions, DV survivors, marginalized individuals, immigration concerns, LGBTQIAP*, Polyamory/consensual non-monogamy. Everyone is on a spectrum of health whether the symptoms manifest physically, emotionally or both. Many people often find themselves lost, walking in circles without a map or compass. Whether you are on a road of self-discovery, or a path of healing allow me to accompany you along your journey.
