Introduction

Life doesn't always go as planned. My lived experiences, both professionally and personally, inspired me to help others through the important journey of discernment. As a licensed therapist, I support people through complex and often unexpected transitions, or "plot twists" in: - Relationships (romantic, familial, friendships) - Career and job changes - Personal identity exploration - Spirituality and religion - Grief and loss - Geographic moves - Other confusing crossroads My theoretical approach is person-centered, strengths-based, and nature-informed. I also integrate motivational interviewing and spiritual practices as appropriate/requested. What can you expect from me? - Safety, warmth, and down to Earth conversation. Let's "get you together" but with lots of care and compassion :-) - Curiosity and recognition for how systemic and societal factors contribute to your experience in the world - LGBTQ+ affirmative care - Ethical practices, including healthy boundaries - Credentials: M.Ed. in Counseling and Development; Post Masters Certificate in Marriage and Family Therapy; Active clinical licensure in Maryland (LCPC) and New Jersey (LPC); Board Approved Supervisor in Maryland; Certified Nature Informed Therapist Therapy isn't easy, but with a willing heart, open mind, and commitment to the process, therapy can be life-changing. This is YOUR journey. My role is to support you with supportive guidance, clinical expertise, and sage grace.
