You can enter into this chapter of your life with goals for yourself, and together, we will cultivate them. This is a time for you to be able to explore all aspects of your life, in a safe space. I practice a strength-based approach where together, we create space for you to process the things you feel need attention such as: relationships, career, addiction, traumas, etc. I offer a down to earth, safe space to reflect on life events that have led to unrest. I will share skills to help you move forward in life with more confidence and inner peace. As your therapist, I will work collaboratively with you to identify your strengths and challenges, and to develop a plan of action to help you achieve your goals. I will use evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, and somatic exercises to help you manage your negative emotions and develop coping strategies. Therapy is a journey, and it may take time to see progress. However, I believe that with patience, commitment, and support, you can overcome your challenges and achieve a fulfilling life.
