Hello there! I'm Shannon, and I am a licensed therapist in Massachusetts and Florida. I have over 10 years experience within the field- and I truly LOVE what I do! You have made the first step in reaching out for support, and that is one of the hardest steps! Let's work together to talk through what you are feeling and identify ways that you can begin to feel better. Therapy does not always feel 'easy' but you are not alone in the process. I offer telehealth services to both Florida and Massachusetts residents, as I am credentialed in both states and do spend time between each throughout the year.
