Introduction

Formerly a photojournalist and now a devoted psychotherapist, I have always been eager to empower people to tell their stories. I bring a commitment to understanding the context of your unique experience and encourage self-discovery with both depth and, at times, lightheartedness. My holistic approach can be especially helpful for individuals and couples navigating complex relationship dynamics, significant life transitions and identity development. I also bring first-hand knowledge in disordered eating, body acceptance and chronic illness that empathically informs my work with those who may be battling in those areas. With warmth & thoughtful curiosity, we'll co-create a space for you to explore & untangle the details of your story. By building a strong therapeutic relationship, you'll have freedom to meaningfully (& sometimes messily!) reflect on everyday moments & life's more profound challenges. My goal is for our sessions to be an engaging outlet for self-expression. My clients often indicate enhanced autonomy, a stronger self-concept and a greater openness towards authenticity and purpose.
