Introduction

*waitlist for couples* Hi! I’m Shannon and I am honored to help people create the change they want in their lives. My clients often come to therapy because they are repeating patterns that are no longer working for them - both individually and in relationships. My job is to help you identify the patterns through a holistic lens, to better understand yourself and to give you ways to adjust and grow, while staying true to you. I enjoy working primarily with individuals, and offer couples therapy focused on getting both partners "unstuck" when talk therapy alone is not enough. I provide family therapy on a limited basis, specializing in eating disorder recovery in the family system. I specialize in the treatment of women's mental health, eating disorders, trauma, sexual/intimacy challenges, dreamwork, & life transitions. I am EMDR-trained, a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, provide Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy, & integrate mindfulness techniques & coping skills as a key component of my therapeutic approach. I am working toward my 200hr yoga teacher certification. I would be honored to assist you in reaching your goals! I work in collaboration with members of your healthcare team when relevant. In addition, I can provide meal support, practice using coping skills, and mindfulness techniques during sessions in order to best support your healing. I can incorporate a spiritual, faith-based perspective into our work upon request. Recent Testimonial from an Existing Client: "I literally can’t say enough good things about Shannon. I was hesitant to begin therapy and didn’t want to go. Shannon adapted her sessions to make me feel comfortable. Shannon realized how anxious I was and suggested we could do therapy while we walked around so I felt more comfortable. You can tell she truly cares about her clients' well-being. She is very personable and professional. Shannon helped me create personalized systems to better my mental health. I HIGHLY recommend Shannon’s practice. She is awesome!"
