For the past 15 years, my work has focused on how people can heal from trauma. We are all hardwired for connection, and sometimes smaller parts of us learn that it’s just not safe to be embodied as our full authentic selves. My approach involves strengthening resources that already exist within people so that they feel more prepared to address past wounds and find more lasting relief from present pain. Through the years, I have developed an integrative humanistic approach, blending research-based interventions from family systems, experiential, CBT, and somatic-informed EMDR in order to best fit the client’s needs.
