Introduction

Hello! Most of my therapeutic work centers around helping clients with anxiety, depression, trauma/PTSD, and either couples or individuals who are struggling within their relationships. Therapy can be challenging work at times, but the benefits are worth it. I got my start as a therapist by being a client first- so I know first hand how difficult it can be to make that first call and reach out.
