Introduction

I enjoy helping individuals navigate this adventure and develop a better understanding of themselves. I have over 7 years of experience in working with individuals within the field of mental health and substance use. My experiences have included work within IOP substance use treatment, correctional settings, and private practice. I welcome diversity and self expression within my counseling space. My ideal client would be open to the possibility of change and ready to take ownership of their joy and fulfillment in life. I specialize in gender, sexuality, and substance use treatment and am pursing further training and education within the realm of sex therapy and human sexuality. Every person is entitled to a feeling of acceptance and every person deserves to feel comfortable and confident in their skin. It is my belief that becoming comfortable with yourself is an essential process in order to interact comfortably and confidently within the world and I want to help you get there.
