As a mental health professional in recovery, I have special insight and firsthand experience into these unique and difficult challenges. I specialize in working with adults recovering from "adult child" issues, who've experienced emotional neglect as children, who struggle with codependency, adults with emotionally immature or addicted parents/spouses, friends and family of alcoholics or addicts, OCD, highly anxious over achievers/perfectionists, and adults who've survived complex family trauma.
