Hello and WELCOME to this page! My name is Shanika Sanchez, LCSW and I am a Mental Health Therapist and Level 2 Reiki Energy Practitioner. My life's passion is to assist others in healing from any and all experiences that have dimmed the inner light (that each of us have) from shining outwardly. I got started in providing mental health services and energy healing sessions after realizing that the intergenerational trauma that existed in my own family line, required me to look within and engage in my own serious self-healing work. This has forever transformed my life in unimaginable and exciting ways! After working on myself throughout the PANDEMIC (that we all experienced) and knowing that it takes dedicated focus and practice to heal your mind, body, emotions, and spirit within, I wanted to share the lessons that I have learned with others. This includes individuals who identify with experiencing family generational trauma, past abuse from narcissistic relationships, self-doubt, low self esteem, rejection, abandonment, grief, sadness, and just simply not knowing what their own purpose is here on this earth. I am dedicated to serving others who want the roadmap on how to get to the other side of being hurt, dismissed, and feeling alone as I have true lived experience on how to reach this destiny. This service is here to help anyone to heal and transform into the Amazing, Special, and Authentic Individual that you are. This service is here to help bring out your Inner Light!
