Introduction

I am a firm believer that healing and transformation within an individual can ignite subsequent change within the family unit and larger community. While many may associate relationships with harm and debilitating pain, relationships can also serve as an avenue for healing and restoration of the soul. I aspire to serve as an agent of change for those seeking to reconnect with their authentic self, faith/core beliefs, and primary relationships by addressing persisting challenges that may have been overshadowed by symptoms of these root issues. I wholeheartedly believe that you are the starting point for change in your own life. During the 9+ years as a therapist, I have used a biopsychosocial-spiritual approach to care for individuals, couples, and families across the lifespan with attentiveness to unique ethnocultural factors that enhance the quality and individualization of care. I provide individual, couples, and family therapies. I am certified as a facilitator for both Prepare/Enrich and SYMBIS premarital and marital assessments. Every day you are alive, it is a gift, so today can be the day you decide that trauma, depression, anxiety, relational discord, anger, and unforgiveness, among many others, are no longer welcome to accompany you as you pursue a purpose-driven life. I honor your courage and commitment to existing as the agent of change for yourself and your world. Let the transformation begin!
