Welcome! My name is Shanette Williams, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with over 20 years of experience helping individuals navigate life's challenges and find healing. My passion lies in providing compassionate and effective support to those who have experienced trauma, and I have specialized training in working with issues such as sexual abuse, child abuse, sexual assault, and domestic violence. In addition to my trauma expertise, I am deeply committed to supporting women as they face unique challenges across different stages of life. Whether you're navigating a major life transition such as divorce, adjusting to an empty nest, or grappling with the complexities of grief and loss, I am here to guide you with empathy and understanding. As a certified specialist in grief and loss, I provide a safe space for you to process and heal. I am certified in Perinatal Mental Health (PMH-C), which equips me to support women through the transformative journey of motherhood. Whether you are facing perinatal anxiety, postpartum depression, infant loss or challenges related to birth trauma, I am here to help you find balance and strength. Additionally, I have the privilege of working with first responders, offering tailored support for the unique stresses and emotional burdens they face in their line of work. I strive to create a therapeutic environment where individuals feel seen, heard, and empowered to move forward with resilience. It is an honor to walk alongside my clients as they embark on their journey of healing and growth. Together, we can work toward uncovering your inner strength and creating a path toward greater well-being.
