Hi there! I'm Dr. Shane Saenz. I am a licensed clinical and sport psychologist providing mental health and mental performance services in California. I am also a Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC) through the Association for Applied Sport Psychology (AASP). One of my favorite quotes in sport psychology is "Life is a performance." I love this quote because it captures the importance of showing up in all aspects of one's life and honoring the skills it takes to succeed across various contexts. I work with folks of all ages, backgrounds, sports, competition levels, and various professional settings.
