Introduction

Shane Duty is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in the State of Idaho. For more than eight years, he has served his clients and community through individual and family psychotherapy, implementation and quality work within the Children's Mental Health System of Care in Idaho, and by providing clinical and operational oversight in partial hospitalization programs across the West. Ultimately his joy comes from being in the therapy room aiding individuals, couples, and families in finding their resilient self. Shane primarily utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques but will always seek to meet the client where they are. Shane is also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing ("EMDR") and can use this technique with individuals seeking to overcome historical trauma. Out of the office, Shane is driven by his faith and family. Together, they love to explore Idaho, and National Parks across the country.
