Whether you are looking to gain understanding into longstanding problems, develop specific skills, or explore relationship patterns, the heart of my work lies in creating a space that allows you to feel seen, felt, understood, and transformed. I guide people through a range of issues including unresolved trauma/PTSD, anxiety, depression, and challenging life transitions that seem to be triggering or hindering to your life. My first love with therapy is Grief counseling, where it all started, after working through the healing of my son passing. I am here to help you in the capacity needed.
