Introduction

Aloha, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over twenty years of experience. I earned my Master of Social Work degree from Salem State University, am Licensed in Hawaii, and have resided on Maui for over sixteen years. My passion is helping others to build resilience, coping skills, self esteem, and happiness. I truly believe that everyone can be empowered to deal with all of life’s challenges. I use a strengths based, person-centered and solution focused approach to Therapy which honors individuality. I provide a safe and non-judgemental space to explore emotions and challenges.
