I have been helping people my entire life. I am the person that people always turn to for help. It comes very natural to me to help others. Throughout my life of owning many businesses, helping abused children, and doing therapy with survivors of domestic violence, I am ready to help you too. My training with EMDR has given me the guidance to feel confident in helping my clients heal their trauma. I am also trained in Systemic Individual Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Trauma, and Gestalt Therapy. ​ I work with clients that have experienced trauma. As a result of the trauma they are not living their lives to the fullest. During our first few sessions it's my goal to understand my clients needs and what they would like to achieve through therapy.
