Introduction

I am a licensed psychotherapist who is extremely passionate about empowering my clients (ages 13 and older) to heal and live their best, most authentic lives. I strongly believe that each and every individual-- regardless of background, ability, or beliefs-- should have a safe space where they feel comfortable being their authentic self. I understand how important and incredibly validating it can be to sit across from someone with similar experiences; who understands without added explanation. As such, I am deeply committed to holding space for queer/non-binary folx and BIPOCs (individuals identifying as Black, Indigenous, and People of Color). While I am open to servicing all kinds of folx, I am especially interested in in working with creative minds, those who are chronically ill/disabled, parents and individuals who experience cultural identity challenges. I work with immigration lawyers and their clients to provide psychological assessment and evaluation services for US immigration cases (i.e. asylum, hardship and VAWA). I am passionate about doing my part to train the next generation of culturally competent and trauma-informed psychotherapists and provide regular supervision to associates as well consultations, as needed, for those interested in speaking to an experienced therapist and community worker on any of my specialties. Please contact me via email to schedule a brief complimentary consultation and inquire about any services, fees or additional information. I look forward to working with you! Accepting clients with Cigna, United Healthcare, Optum, and Anthem insurance and all related entities. Please contact for additional information and eligibility.
