As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), my goal is to help you heal so that you can be your WHOLE self. I use a person-centered and cognitive-behavioral approach to therapy while integrating mindfulness and reality to help you reach your desired goal(s). I consider myself a people's person. I don't believe we have to fit into a "textbook" image in order to thrive. I love to meet new people who are just wanting to progress. I love allying with the "new" adults, LGBTQIA+ community, BIPOC persons, and those aging gracefully. I love working transitioners and those individuals just figuring out life. I work with clients who may be struggling with (but definitely not limited to) depression, stress, or anxiety related to life circumstances. During our initial sessions, we will delve deeply into the issues at hand, and collaborate to create a plan for addressing them in a way that helps you get your life back. Most of my clients see a gradual lifting of symptoms within the first month and sustained improvement thereafter.
