Introduction

I have several years providing therapy to individuals, teenagers and families experiencing anxiety, depression, and trauma amongst other issues. A connection with your therapist is important. My strongest skill is empathy as I can understand how our experiences shape our perception, the relationship with have with ourselves and others. I will challenge you to address self defeating core beliefs while providing you a safe space to grow. I utilized a practical approach utilizing a combination of therapeutic techniques to address your needs. I have received trainings in trauma, exposure and ritual prevention for OCD, Motivational Interviewing, and Nurtured Heart Approach. I also utilize Dialectical Behavior Therapy skills to address emotional dysregulation, anxiety, and depression.
