I'm a Princeton, Columbia, and UCSF educated board-certified psychiatrist specializing in integrated psychotherapy and psychopharmacology. I have over 15 years of clinical experience treating people with trauma, depression, and anxiety, and have trained future psychiatrists at UCSF and OHSU. With advanced training in meditation, integrative medicine, psychedelics, and psychodynamic psychotherapy, I bring a diverse viewpoint to treatment and am focused on producing sustainable, lasting change. I generally see people who not only want symptom relief, but also want to understand the root causes of their symptoms. Many people I treat don't meet criteria for a mental illness, but feel lost or stuck in some way. I strive to be engaging, warm, and casual in sessions, while maintaining a thoughtful, evidence-based approach to care.
