We can feel stuck in our emotions and our life can seem out of control. Therapy is a place to help you sort things out and to help you on your healing journey. I will provide a safe space for you to process and leave the baggage behind. My approach is client centered, using your strengths to assist you with creating goals to help you on your journey. I will support you and give you the tools to assist you with managing your daily life. I am laid back and I will provide direct and honest feedback. I like to use a variety of different strategies including worksheets and some homework assignments to assist you. I have experience in working with families, parenting struggles, depression, anxiety and trauma.
