Introduction

From the outside, you appear to have it all together… Yet on the inside, you may feel like you're barely holding it together. You might feel stuck in a relationship, a job, or your own life. You may be overwhelmed by the pressure to make everyone happy or feel like you're just going through the motions. Hi, I'm Seema. I specialize in helping clients struggling with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, identity challenges, family problems, painful childhoods, and dissociative disorders. My goal is to guide you toward a healthier, happier, and more balanced life. Sometimes, we all need someone who truly "sees" us, understands us, and can partner with us in our struggles. The human response to suffering is complex, affecting the mind, body, and spirit. I help my clients piece together their experiences and understand how their pain manifests in their lives. Together, we create a supportive alliance where you can freely explore whatever is on your mind. As a holistic trauma therapist, I strive to help you live the life you want through deep exploration of your past and present patterns, relationships, and coping skills. I've always been interested in healing, and I use years of experience, combined with a deep understanding of trauma, to help you move towards the life you want to create. I assist clients with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, executive-professional dilemmas, racial-cultural struggles, identity issues, immigration trauma, suicidal ideation, spiritual trauma, childhood abuse, sexual trauma, and dissociative disorders. My approach provides a non-judgmental, empathetic, safe space to process and work through challenges. Being truly heard by an attuned, empathetic person can be a powerful start to your healing journey. I believe all humans are interconnected, yet each of us has a unique path filled with our feelings, histories, strengths, and struggles. Sometimes, we can feel alone on our journey. Reconnecting with our deep inner wisdom is vital to our overall well-being. Schedule a Session Today! Let's take this Next Journey Together. ** Cardinal Psychology, Inc. ** Supervised by Dr. Caitlin La Brie, PSY32211 **
