The most rewarding part of my work is helping people connect with their values, break through mental barriers, and move in the direction of what matters. By becoming more aware of the nature of the mind and our relationship to it, we can better respond to challenges and take meaningful steps to become the person we want to be. Together, we can explore how core beliefs and behavior patterns have been shaped over time, influencing our sense of self and well-being, and in doing so, expand the capacity for growth and living a fuller, more meaningful life. I integrate Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR, Brainspotting, and mindfulness-based approaches to help my clients build insight, process difficult experiences, and take meaningful steps toward their goals with greater clarity, compassion and willingness. I view therapy as a collaborative process built on trust, respect, and shared goals. While I honor your pace and readiness, I also see my role as helping you stretch toward meaningful change when the time feels right—walking alongside you every step of the way.
