The most rewarding part of my work is helping people connect with their values, break through mental barriers, and move in the direction of what matters. By becoming more aware of the mind and our relationship to it, we can better respond to challenges and take meaningful steps to become the person we want to be.. Together, we can explore how core beliefs and behavior patterns have been shaped over time, influencing our sense of self and well-being, and in doing so, expand the capacity for growth and living a fuller, more meaningful life.. I integrate Acceptance & Commitment Therapy(ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR, Brainspotting, and mindfulness-based approaches — including psychedelic-informed support — to help clients build insight, process difficult experiences, and take meaningful steps toward their goals with greater clarity, compassion and willingness.. I believe successful and meaningful counseling is built on the trust between client and therapist, and on working together to set and pursue goals that matter to you.
