Introduction

My passion is in helping clients overcome struggles related to anxiety, emotion dysregulation, and OCD. We will work collaboratively to identify your goals and create a plan to develop new strategies to manage life challenges. In doing so, my goal is to create opportunities for you to come to know yourself more fully, to provide tools for you to connect with others more deeply, and to empower you to live a life more congruent with your personal values. I am trained in providing CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), ERP (Exposure & Response Prevention), DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), and Psychodynamic Therapy. I often work using an integrated approach that emphasizes treating the whole person and incorporate elements of multiple modalities to meet your individual needs and goals. Change can be both terrifying and extremely powerful. I value meeting new clients where they are at in their journey, and working as a team to accomplish important goals.
