Introduction

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor committed to helping people navigate their unique life challenges. My work focuses on individuals with mental health concerns who are motivated to live a more fulfilling, balanced, and authentic life that aligns with their values and identity. My approach is relational and integrative, meaning that my priority is to develop a meaningful relationship with you as I draw from a range of trauma-informed theoretical orientations to cater my approach to your needs. I offer Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) for a more specialized trauma-informed treatment. I have over 10 years of experience in the mental health field from a range of settings, including clinics, schools, hospitals, and the great outdoors. I bring curiosity and compassion to every session, and I find great honor and privilege in accompanying you on your journey.
