Therapy is a journey of self-exploration, and my role on that journey is to listen, to accept you as you are, and to walk with you toward a more authentic and rewarding life. My presence is warm and calm, and my approach to therapy is humanistic, meaning that, above all else, I value building a genuine, human connection with you. It is through the comfort of this connection that we will safely and holistically explore what it’s like to be you. Along the way, I will help you to deepen your self-awareness and process your emotions, and I will help you feel empowered to move forward in ways that feel true and right for you. I work primarily with adult individuals who are seeking help with depression, anxiety, self-identity, trauma, life transitions, and existential concerns. More often than not, these issues are intertwined. I tend to work with couples who are looking to improve communication, improve intimacy, and/or navigate a life transition. Meeting with a therapist can feel like a big and vulnerable step, because it is. Most who take the step, however, find it to be meaningful and well worth it. If you are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, lonely, or feeling the sting of old wounds, you don’t have to suffer through it alone. I am here to support you in every way I can.
