I enjoy working with people as they work thru issues and overcome obstacles in their lives. I have over 32 years of experience working with adolescents, couples, individuals and families on a wide variety of issues. I have had many opportunities and worked in many different clinical settings which consist of 7 years in a long‐term residential program working with adolescents. I spent 5 years working inpatient and had the privilege where I served as Adolescent Coordinator for Rapha Inpatient Treatment Center at West Paces Ferry Medical Center in Atlanta and Ocala, FL. The past 25 years has been providing Marriage and Family therapy at Ocala Psychiatric Associates. Clinical experience and skills include working with addictions, compulsive behaviors, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, managing eating disorders and using varied treatments to provide trauma informed care to clients suffering from mental health disorders My work with couples in Marital Therapy involves improving communication skills, increasing intimacy and working out infidelity issues. I am certified in treating individuals with trauma Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing therapy (EMDR).
