Introduction

Feeling stressed? Depressed? Emotionally overwhelmed or frequently irritated? You are not alone. Most people spend their days unconsciously moving from one emotion or thought to another. Many wind up getting hijacked by those feelings or thoughts and end up repeating the same maladaptive patterns again and again. Few find their way clear of these habits. By working with me and focusing on your psychodynamics, you will come to understand yourself better, recognize your patterns, and identify a path towards psychological freedom. I believe in a collaborative therapeutic approach and would be happy to help you find this. When we do the work of therapy, we're better able to navigate life with skill and grace. When we don't, our unresolved issues tend to surface and sabotage our efforts. I can help you find the space that yesterday's pain cannot sour and tomorrow's worries cannot ruin. The space that exists between the things that happen to you and what you choose to do next. If this idea resonates with you, I encourage you to reach out. I'd be happy to hear about your struggles, to answer your questions, and to think together about whether or not the kind of therapy I offer sounds like the right fit for you. It takes courage to dig deep and seek change. By simply being here, you've proven that you have that already.
