Introduction

I am a licensed clinical psychologist currently offering individual teletherapy services to young adults and adults. Some of my specialties include navigating stressful life events, anxiety and depression, relationship and intimacy concerns, loneliness, social anxiety, and occupational stress. I also have specialized training in the treatment of trauma and anxiety disorders. I completed my doctoral degree at Chestnut Hill College, in Philadelphia, PA–an APA-accredited doctoral training program. Additionally, I earned a Masters in Clinical Psychology from Chestnut Hill College and a Masters in Education from The George Washington University. I completed my predoctoral internship at the Hudson Valley VA Healthcare System, and subsequently a postdoctoral fellowship at the Washington DC VA Medical Center. I have also trained at Haverford College CAPS, the Pennsbury School District, the Psychological Services Clinic of Chestnut Hill College, and JFK Behavioral Health Center. Outside of my private practice, I am a clinical psychologist at the Washington DC VA Medical Center, where in addition to my clinical role, I provide ongoing training and clinical supervision to doctoral students. Most of my academic research and writing has focused on romantic relationship formation and maintenance, particularly as it relates to how personality styles contribute to relationship preferences. Additionally, I have written and lectured on the technique and practice of psychotherapy. I have also enjoyed serving as an adjunct professor in undergraduate psychology courses.
