Introduction

I'm a graduate intern working towards a Masters in counseling from St. Mary's University. My areas of interest and research include mindfulness, lifestyle mental health interventions, trauma, and self-actualization. I am receiving supervision in a therapeutic technique called Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Each session we will work together to help you tolerate the hard parts of your life and we will devise strategies for you to get more of what you need and want out of your life.
