I specialize in working with depression, anxiety, PTSD, trauma, substance use problems, relationship issues, chronic illness, grief, and stress issues. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Expressive Art, and Emotional Freedom Technique. I respect individual differences, similarities, and values in creating a warm, peaceful, and collaborative working relationship. Individual Therapy for 18 and older Officer Hours: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 12pm to 4pm I also provide session in Japanese.
