Welcome! I am a Marriage and Family Therapist Intern passionate about working with individuals and couples seeking healing, restoration, and stabilization from interpersonal and relational distress. Navigating various life challenges throughout adulthood can bring about anxiety and stress. For individuals who have endured dysfunctional relationships, these effects may feel overwhelming. Some might experience feeling stuck, directionless, confused, enraged, depressed, anxious, and ashamed. However, there is hope. I operate out of a systemic lens while utilizing trauma and attachment-based interventions, emotion focused therapy, narrative therapy, experiential techniques, and psychoeducation. I hope to facilitate deep emotional processing of painful experiences in a way that the individual or couple moves towards safety and stability. No one should have to endure suffering alone. It would be my privilege to accompany you on your journey towards healing and restoring your most important relationships—not only with others but also with yourself.
