I have dedicated the last 8 years to education, research, and practice in the field of psychology and psychotherapy. I have specialized in trauma, crisis intervention, and severe and persistent mental illness for people from all walks of life. Specifically, over the past three years the vast majority of my work has been focused on adverse childhood experiences such as sexual abuse, displacement, bullying and grief. This focus also includes diagnoses of ADHD, Autism and behavioral disorders in children ages 4-16. I work hard for my clients and immerse myself in research on new techniques and treatment models. Here, collaboration is encouraged and valued so my clients feel supported to grow and reach their treatment goals. My style is to meet clients where they are and tailor therapy to best meet their needs. If anything on this page interests you, I would love to have a conversation to determine if I'm the right therapist for you.
