Introduction

My focus is on helping people like you find deep and lasting healing in your mind, your body, and your spirit. I'm a licensed psychotherapist with over 550 hours of training in resilience & trauma resolution and over 1500 hours of training in mind-body work. In all that I do, I work to tailor your sessions to best meet your specific needs. It takes courage to step into a path of healing, and I recognize that in you; we all have the capacity for wholeness, but sometimes we need somebody to walk with us in our journey. The best guide is one who has walked the path themselves, so I only use methods that I have experienced.
