Introduction

I believe that healing and growth come from the aliveness within each person. Therapy simply helps people reconnnect with their own aliveness and overcome the obstacles to that. Based on my own lived experience, I have developed skills for neuroaffirming, trans-affirming, and LGBTQIA2S+ affirming therapy. Because I benefited most from somatic, mindful, and experiential forms of therapy, that's what I practice. Personally, I'm orienting my work away from overperforming, and towards organicity, creativity, ease, and aliveness. I'm excited to work with folks who want supportive company on their own journey of unmasking and organic becoming. I practice from a neuroaffirming, social justice-informed, emancipatory, intercultural, kink-positive, body-positive, trans liberation, queer, feminist, and anti-racist lens. For fun, I ride bikes, write songs, make art, and dance.
