Introduction

If hopelessness, loneliness, fear, anger, and despair are a part of your regular experience, there is help. Too many people walk out their daily lives carrying these heavy burdens all alone. Sometimes, even in marriage, there is a deep loneliness that feels overwhelming, but you do NOT have to make this journey alone. I am a specialist in trauma recovery and relational repair therapy and am fluent in Spanish and English. I am EMDR and Gottman Level 1 trained. I also hold advanced certification in the LIFE Languages™ & Couples Coaching™, and am Prepare & Enrich™ certified. All counseling services, INCLUDING EMDR, are available online and in Spanish as well. My greatest hope is that anyone reading this who is feeling overwhelmed, alone, and hopeless will be encouraged to reach out and explore what walking out your journey with some support could be like. You have support available.
