I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing therapy to clients with Anxiety, Trauma/PTSD, parenting stress, professional burnout and relationship issues. I'm certified in Anxiety, Trauma, EMDR and DBT. My DBT training was with LIDBT Group in NY. The developer of EMDR, Dr. Francine Shapiro, was my EMDR level 2 trainer in 1999. I will provide support and tools as you create the balanced, happier and relaxed life you are meant to live. Providing in person and telehealth in FL. Telehealth only for clients in NY, MD and VA.
