Introduction

In therapy I use my warm, curious, insightful nature to help you discover or re-discover parts of yourself you have lost, or have been looking for. I want to work with you to bring balance to your thoughts, actions, and beliefs, and peace to your relationships. I have been a licensed clinical social worker since 2016 and have broad experience working with teens and adults with mental health disorders and trauma histories. I have a special interest in supporting pre-natal and postpartum parents, healthcare workers, people undergoing faith transitions, and young people transitioning to adulthood. I am LGBTQIA+ supportive, and align with the "Health at Every Size" perspective. I strive to offer a nonjudgemental space where all bodies can feel safe. I work to incorporate cultural humility into my practice, and respect each person as the expert on their own story. I draw much of my own sense of balance from movement and the outdoors.
