Introduction

Do you have a special memory from your childhood of being outside? Maybe you remember the sun on your face, or the smell of the grass, the feeling of running as fast as you can or the sound of a bird. These memories show what an incredible impact exposure to nature can have. Over the past handful of years children have been increasingly connected to technology and many children's mental health is struggling in this tech focused world. I have the great joy to provide nature based counseling on a 58 acre farm and nature location. This location allows me to combine nature based experiences with therapeutic techniques to create a creative therapeutic experience.
