Introduction

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate. I earned my master's degree at Western Oregon University in Vocational Rehabilitation Mental Health Counseling. I have obtained my Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) license. ​ Oregon is where I was born and raised. I have worked in many positions where I have provided support to diverse populations. I am passionate about supporting adults and youth through difficult transitions and watching them reach their goals and full potential. I have experience working with transition youth, adults, individuals with Developmental Disabilities. individuals who have experienced trauma, PTSD, anxiety, and depression. I am trained in evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I also have experience in vocational counseling, working with individuals who want to overcome barriers to employment.
