I have also learned that we have a lot of automatic physiological responses to circumstances, which contribute to unwanted feelings and thoughts. I believe that we can grow and create new neural pathways to change at any age. There are tangible strategies that we can use to help us live in an intentional manner. As a licensed professional counselor and certified clinical trauma professional, I have helped people feel unstuck in various areas of their life. My focus is to provide support to help my clients achieve success in obtaining their counseling goals. For most, if not all of us, taking the first step in reaching out for help can be difficult in many ways. I really focus on listening first and meeting my clients where they are. I will work to provide a non-judgmental space for you to share your story at a pace that you are comfortable with.
