Introduction

Have you been finding it difficult to cope with overwhelming emotions? Have you been feeling disconnected from yourself and those around you? Are you experiencing symptoms of depression, anxiety, and/or self-esteem issues? Do you find yourself held back by perfectionism, people-pleasing tendencies, and an overall tumultuous relationship with yourself? Do you have a history of relational hurts and trauma that you are trying to navigate the impacts of and process? I work with individuals who are looking to work through these concerns and the impacts of challenging life experiences and circumstances. My approach as a therapist is trauma-informed, somatic & body-based & relational. In my work with clients, I prioritize thoroughly understanding your story and utilize modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS, or parts work), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), & psychodynamic theory. I strongly believe that the therapeutic relationship is one of the most effective tools we can use to journey towards your healing together. I would love to answer any questions you have about therapy or my approach to therapy. Please feel free to reach out so we can set up a free 15-minute phone consultation to see if it feels like a good fit.
